“elbows touching”

“elbows touching” exists in theory right now.  It is a joint vision between me and my husband/drummer Brian Deweese.  We’ll make 6 songs and 6 paintings that go together…each telling the “story” from their own angle…  Brian is going to use ableton live and a live drum kit to do all the beats and sampling and I’ll sing and play melodies…however they come out.  My paintings will be large abstract oils that show the impression of the song visually.  This is what we’re working on….this is what keeps me up at night…  It’s a very exciting time where finally my two loves, (art and music) will exist together as one….

I’m not saying when it will be done, but this is the direction we are going in and this is what we’re now working on together…
